The company is a sole proprietorship based and registered in Pakistan. The NTN of the company is 3835425-0, and our registered office address is 22-Queens Road, Lahore, Pakistan 54000.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering from this Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your purchase of any product(s) through the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you print a copy for future reference.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us.
2. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing an order on our Website, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product. We will confirm acceptance by sending you a Shipment of Order Email. A contract between us (the Contract) is formed only when this email is sent.
The contract applies only to products confirmed in the Shipment of Order Email. We reserve the right to reject any orders at our sole discretion by notifying you in writing without incurring further liability.
3. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Global Delivery
We deliver orders worldwide using various shipping methods, including standard, express, and freight services. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on destination and selected mode of shipment. Please refer to our “Delivery Options” page for more details.
Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on the Website at the time of your order. However, if there is a pricing error that was obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as a mispricing, we are not obligated to sell the product at the incorrect price.
Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders. Payments must be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Accepted payment methods include Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, Switch, and Mastercard. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to conduct external verification checks, including age and identity verification.
Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when we (or our third-party shipping partners) deliver the product to the address provided. You assume responsibility for the product at that time. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

14-Day Cooling Off Period
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. You must then return the product within 14 days of cancellation.
To cancel, contact us by email, phone, or post, providing order details. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
We may deduct the value of damaged or used goods from the refund amount.
Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is defective, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Beyond 30 days, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
5. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payments are processed securely using advanced encryption technologies. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
6. WARRANTY
All Liberal Lawn Mowers products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is stated in the user manual and covers defects in materials or workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear. Servicing at recommended intervals by an authorized dealer is required for warranty validity.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for processing orders and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. If such an event persists for over 30 days, you may cancel your order for a refund.

This contract is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our rights.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
