Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
Items with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected:
We will email you to notify receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Contact your credit card company—processing may take a few days.
Next, contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was a gift sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
If the gift was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.

You are responsible for return shipping costs; these are non-refundable.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
