Refund & Returns Policy

At Liberal Lawn Mowers, we manufacture and supply lawn mowers, turf maintenance equipment, sports ground machinery, and related equipment in Pakistan. We aim to provide reliable products and clear after-sales support.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains when products may be returned, exchanged, repaired, or refunded and the process customers should follow.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused and non-customized products within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions described below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and not operated.
• Not have been installed, assembled, modified, or altered.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned with the original packaging, where applicable.
• Include all accessories, manuals, tools, documents, and other items supplied with the product.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Liberal Lawn Mowers.

Important: Machinery that has been operated, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or the product was supplied incorrectly.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products or circumstances are generally not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or operated.
• Products damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, improper handling, or improper installation.
• Products that have been modified, dismantled, or repaired without authorization.
• Customized, modified, or made-to-order machinery.
• Special-order products imported or procured specifically for a customer.
• Products returned without required accessories, components, manuals, or documentation.
• Products that cannot be returned in substantially their original condition because of customer use or handling.
• Clearance or final-sale products where the product listing or invoice clearly states that the item is final sale.

These exclusions do not limit a customer's rights in relation to products that are defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by an applicable warranty or consumer protection requirement.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, please contact Liberal Lawn Mowers as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order or invoice number.
• Customer name and contact details.
• Photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping condition.
• A clear description of the problem.
• Video evidence where the issue involves machine operation or a mechanical/electrical fault, where practical.

We may request additional information or arrange an inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, Liberal Lawn Mowers may provide a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to verification of the issue and applicable warranty or consumer protection requirements.

4. Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. Contact Liberal Lawn Mowers using the contact details provided below.
2. Provide your invoice or order information and explain the reason for the return.
3. Provide photographs or other information requested by our team.
4. Wait for return instructions before sending the product back.
5. Pack the product securely and include all required accessories and documentation.
6. Send or deliver the product using the return method provided by Liberal Lawn Mowers.

Do not ship a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For an approved return due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product supplied, or an error by Liberal Lawn Mowers, we will determine the appropriate arrangements for return transportation.

For other eligible returns, including returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for applicable return transportation, handling, and related costs.

For large or heavy machinery, customers must ensure that the equipment is safely secured and suitably protected during transportation.

6. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are inspected after they are received at our facility.

The inspection may verify:

• Product condition.
• Whether the product has been operated or installed.
• Completeness of accessories and components.
• Packaging and documentation.
• The reported reason for return.
• Whether damage occurred before or after delivery.

If the product meets the applicable return requirements, the return will be approved.

If the product does not meet the applicable requirements, Liberal Lawn Mowers may reject the return and arrange for the product to be returned to the customer.

7. Refunds

Once an approved return has been inspected and accepted, an applicable refund will normally be processed within 7 business days.

The refund method may include:

• The original payment method, where available.
• Bank transfer.
• Another payment method mutually agreed with the customer.

Where applicable, original shipping, transportation, installation, handling, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error, defective product, or incorrect shipment by Liberal Lawn Mowers.

The final refund amount will be communicated to the customer before processing where deductions or non-refundable charges apply.

8. Exchanges

Eligible unused products may be exchanged subject to product availability and approval.

If the replacement product costs more than the original product, the customer must pay the difference.

If the replacement product costs less, any applicable balance will be refunded using an agreed payment method.

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for exchange unless the product was supplied incorrectly or has a verified manufacturing defect.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Liberal Lawn Mowers.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Customized, special-order, imported-to-order, or made-to-order equipment cannot normally be cancelled once procurement, manufacturing, or customization has commenced.

If an order cannot be fulfilled by Liberal Lawn Mowers, the customer will be contacted regarding the available options, including cancellation and applicable refund arrangements.

10. Warranty

Certain products supplied by Liberal Lawn Mowers may include a manufacturer's warranty or a warranty provided by Liberal Lawn Mowers.

Warranty coverage and duration vary by product and will be communicated in the applicable product documentation, quotation, invoice, or warranty terms.

Unless specifically covered by the applicable warranty, warranty claims generally do not include:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse or improper operation.
• Failure to perform required maintenance.
• Unauthorized modification or repair.
• Accidental damage.
• Damage caused by improper installation or handling.
• Use outside the manufacturer's specified operating conditions.

A warranty claim is separate from the standard return process and may require technical inspection.
