Refund & Returns Policy

At Liberal Lawn Mowers, we are committed to supplying high-quality lawn mowers, turf maintenance equipment, and sports ground machinery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and non-customized products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and uninstalled.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include all supplied accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Liberal Lawn Mowers reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or exchange.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or operated.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation.
• Customized or made-to-order machinery.
• Special-order products imported specifically for a customer.
• Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
• Clearance or final sale items (where stated).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Description of the issue

Once verified, Liberal Lawn Mowers will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, manufacturing defect, or incorrect shipment, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For heavy machinery, customers must ensure that returned products are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.

Inspection Process

All returned products are inspected after arrival at our facility.

If the product satisfies the eligibility requirements, your return will be approved.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, it may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after successful inspection.

Refunds will be issued using one of the following methods:

• Original payment method
• Bank transfer
• Other mutually agreed payment method

Shipping, handling, installation, and transportation charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible unused products, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

If the replacement product has a lower value, the remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.

Customized, special-order, or manufactured-to-order equipment cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Warranty

Certain products supplied by Liberal Lawn Mowers include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use
• Lack of maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications
• Accidental damage
