Partial Refunds

Exchanges & Replacements

Products are replaced only if defective, damaged during shipping,
or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping

• Shipping insurance is advised for high-value machinery.

Damaged Deliveries

Any shipping damage or missing parts must be reported within
48 hours of delivery.

Technical Equipment Notice

Due to the industrial nature of lawn mowers, turf equipment, and sports ground machinery,
products used in field operations or demonstrations may not qualify for full refunds.
