Warranty Coverage

Liberal Lawn Mowers warrants that products supplied by our company are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

During the applicable warranty period, eligible defective parts may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Liberal Lawn Mowers, subject to inspection by our technical team.

Warranty service applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing faults and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.


Warranty Period

Warranty begins from the original date of purchase shown on the customer invoice.

Certain products may carry different warranty periods depending on the manufacturer or model.

The warranty period remains unchanged even if a product or component is replaced during the warranty.


Commercial Use

Products used commercially, by contractors, landscaping companies, sports facilities, educational institutions, municipalities, rental businesses, or for any revenue-generating activity may be subject to a different warranty period depending on the manufacturer.

Commercial warranty terms will be specified at the time of purchase.


Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty service:

  • Original purchase invoice must be presented.
  • Product must have been used according to the operating instructions.
  • Recommended maintenance should be carried out regularly.
  • Genuine replacement parts should be used whenever applicable.
  • Repairs must not have been performed by unauthorized technicians.
  • The product must not have been modified or altered.

  • Damage caused by flooding, fire, accidents, or natural disasters

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims will not be accepted if damage results from:

  • Improper assembly
  • Incorrect operation
  • Negligence
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Overloading the equipment
  • Lack of routine maintenance
  • Use of contaminated fuel or lubricants
  • Unauthorized repairs

Spare Parts

Liberal Lawn Mowers maintains the availability of genuine spare parts for many products we sell.

Replacement parts supplied separately are covered only against manufacturing defects and do not extend the original product warranty.


Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact Liberal Lawn Mowers with your invoice number.
  2. Provide photographs or videos of the issue where possible.
  3. Our technical team will evaluate the reported fault.

Customers are responsible for transportation of products to and from the service location unless otherwise agreed.
