1. Shipping Zones & Regional Coverage

Zone A – Pakistan (Domestic Shipping)

  • Coverage: Nationwide delivery including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, and other major cities and districts.

5. Heavy Equipment & Site Access Responsibilities

For products categorized under Industrial, Heavy, or Extra Heavy Freight (e.g., pitch rollers, super soppers, tractor-mounted units):

  • Delivery schedules will be coordinated directly with the client by our logistics desk.
  • Site Access: The customer must ensure that the delivery site is fully accessible for heavy commercial transport vehicles and flatbed trucks.
  • Offloading: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the sales contract, customers are responsible for arranging appropriate offloading equipment (such as forklifts, cranes, or labor) at the destination site.

6. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For all international shipments outside Pakistan:

  • Our team follows a controlled, quotation-based logistics model to find the most secure and cost-effective carrier.
  • The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, local taxes, customs clearance charges, port handling fees, and country-specific regulatory documentation.
  • Liberal Lawn Mowers will provide standard export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill) to support customs clearance.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery & Shortages

We enforce strict industrial packaging and loading protocols to guarantee equipment safety.

  • Immediate Inspection: Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all machinery and packages immediately upon receipt.
  • Reporting Window: Any damage, shortage, or shipping-related discrepancy must be reported to our Logistics Support Desk within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Documentation: Supporting photographs, video footage of the unboxing/unloading, and signed copies of the shipment documentation are required to initiate an investigation or insurance claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide highly accurate delivery details, contact numbers, and point-of-contact information. Additional freight charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, restricted site access, or mid-transit redirection requests will be billed directly to the customer.

Please note that delivery does not automatically include equipment assembly, on-site commissioning, or operator training. Where specialized equipment requires commissioning, these services will be quoted and scheduled separately unless explicitly bundled into the sales agreement.

How will my order be shipped within Lahore?

For local deliveries within city limits, the transport mode depends on the size of the equipment:
Lightweight items (up to 15 kg): Small tools, components, or accessories are dispatched quickly using on-demand courier services such as Yango Delivery or InDrive Delivery.
Heavy Machinery: Larger turf equipment or commercial mowers are transported via specialized local loaders or pickups directly from our factory floor to your location.

How do you handle out-of-city deliveries across Pakistan?

We use a reliable, multi-tiered domestic transit network:
Up to 15 kg: Shipped via premium courier networks or booked through reliable goods transport networks (Truck Adda) to your nearest city hub.
15 kg to 1,000 kg: Shipped safely via regional Goods Transport Services (Bilty System) to the transport terminal nearest to you.
Bulk & Institutional Orders: For large facility setups, stadium construction orders, or multiple heavy units, we arrange a Dedicated Commercial Truck (Mazda, 6-wheeler, etc.) to deliver directly to your site.

What is a “Bilty” and how do I collect my machinery?

Bilty is a cargo receipt issued by the goods transport company. Once your machinery is dispatched to your city’s nearest Truck Adda, our sales team will send you the Bilty number and transport company details via WhatsApp or Email. You will use this receipt number to claim and collect your equipment upon arrival at the terminal.

Do I need to arrange unloading equipment at my site?

For Industrial, Heavy, and Extra Heavy Freight classes (such as 2000 kg turf rollers or pitch equipment), customers are fully responsible for arranging appropriate offloading mechanisms (such as forklifts, cranes, or sufficient labor) at the destination, unless on-site offloading services were explicitly added to your sales contract.

How long will it take for my machinery to arrive?

Major Cities (Standard Goods Transport): 3–7 business days.
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–14 business days.
Heavy Machinery & Bulk Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on dedicated truck routing and logistics scheduling.

Do you ship sports ground equipment internationally?

Yes. We facilitate export shipments to GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa, and other global destinations. Because of the size and custom clearance regulations associated with industrial machinery, international orders cannot be calculated automatically at checkout. Our logistics desk will provide a manual Freight Quotation based on your port destination before order finalization.

What should I do if my equipment arrives damaged?

You must thoroughly inspect all machinery immediately upon arrival. If any physical damage or shortages are found, note them on the delivery receipt and report the issue to our Logistics Support Desk within 48 hours with supporting photographs and video documentation so we can file an insurance or transport claim.
